1995-present – Executive Director, SPARC (Sickness Prevention Achieved through Regional Collaboration), Newton MA. Nonprofit organizations dedicated to developing innovative approaches to the delivery of clinical preventive services 2007-present — Associate Clinical Professor, Yale University School of Public Health, Division of Chronic Disease Prevention, New Haven CT. 2005-present – Associate Director, Clinical Preventive Services, Yale-Griffin Prevention Research Center, Derby CT. 2004-present – Program Director, Vote & Vax, a national program funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation CDC Consultant 1998 – present. Collaborator and consultant with CDC Healthy Aging Program; consultant with CDC National Immunization Program on READII project. First author on 6 published peer-reviewed papers addressing issues of adult immunization and other clinical preventive services.
