Current responsibilities include providing training, technical assistance and programmatic support for clinical areas in NC Community Health Centers. This includes providing assistance with OSHA, HIPAA and other areas of corporate compliance, standards of care and clinical guidelines, disease management, preventive care, age appropriate screenings, among others. Workgroups for medical directors, pharmacy directors, dental directors,behavioral health, health information technology, licensed clinical support staff are part of the Clinical Programs Director's role.
Numerous presentations in national and regional conferences on quality improvement in health care. Several publications in health care quality improvement.
