Dr. LaVail's experience includes conducting communication and epidemiologic research; writing scientific manuscripts; and writing health education and health communication materials.
She has worked as a producer of health programming for public radio and writen on immunization and other health topics for multiple news publications.
Dr. LaVail has authored or co-authored articles on parent and provider KABs on immunization.
Dr. LaVail has presented at conferences and meetings on various aspects of the childhood and pre-teen immunization communication research.
