The program organizers are seeking abstracts for consideration for oral or poster presentations during the conference as well as proposals for special sessions, including case studies. Accepted abstracts will be published in the workshop program booklet and may be used as a basis for solicited submissions for a special journal supplement following the Summit. While papers with new findings and those focused on the themes below will be given highest priority, abstracts dealing with other preconception health and health care issues are welcomed. Provocative conceptual and methodological papers deemed by reviewers to yield improved understanding of prevention strategies will also be considered. All abstracts will be peer reviewed. Abstracts are more likely to be accepted if methods are clear, results are specific, and the work has practical implications.
