Biographical Sketch:
Dr Sabin Nsanzimana, comes from an academic background in clinical medicine with experience in national public health program implementation;
experience in clinical medicine, 5years of experience in research and program implementation for the global Care, and treatment of people infected and affected by HIV AIDS, national coordinator of the HIV/AIDS Care and support program then Director of HIV AIDS &STI within the Rwanda Ministry of Health.
Strong involvement in health projects grant application, follow up and implementation ;
management of operations research initiative and leadership experience, Extensive experience in leading partnership programming with government, NGOs, community-based organizations, and civil societies.
Has technical expertise in qualitative and quantitative research. Directly carried out several qualitative researches and publications in HIV AIDS prevention care and treatment.
International trainer on Global HIV AIDS management, has facilitated more than 100 sessions of Training of Trainers on HIV AIDS in and outside Rwanda.
