Biographical Sketch:
Synopsis of Experience in current position January, 2002 – present. Director, Office of Health Indicators for Planning (formerly the Office of Health Information and Policy), Georgia Division of Public Health. Directed development of the Division’s standardized health data Repository and several web-based applications (oasis.state.ga.us) that access health information through online interactive querying and mapping. Led creation of the Division’s Annual Health Status Measures and monthly Key Performance Indicators reports. Led the Maternal and Child Health Epidemiology section for 6 months starting July 2009. Recent Publications Georgia Health Equity Initiative, Georgia Department of Community Health, Health Disparities Report 2008: A County-Level Look at Health Outcomes for Minorities in Georgia.
