Biographical Sketch:
Erin Holt is the National Electronic Disease Surveillance System (NEDSS) Project Manager for the Tennessee Department of Health (TDOH). She also serves as TN's PHIN Coordinator and is the Point of Contact for ELR and Meaningful Use activities for TDOH. While in TN, she has worked as an epidemiologist in both the Tuberculosis Elimination Program and the HIV Surveillance Program, and was responsible for the sucessful implementation of CDC's Outbreak Management System. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in 2002 and her Master of Public Health in Epidemiology in 2004.
