Two demonstrations of the use of open source software to address knowledge management. The first presentation demonstrates how TEPHINET, a professional network of training programs, enhanced and expanded its interactions by moving to open source in 2008. The second offers a demonstration of implementation of an online Learning Management System (LMS).
