Panel Discussion: Safety Net and ACA

Following the presentation on similarities and differences between Title X, STD clinics, FQHCs, and

RHCs, a panel will offer discussion about the issues raised by these comparisons. State-level providers

will discuss the interplay between different facets of the sexual health safety net, and how these may shift

as ACA implementation moves forward.
