H5: H5 - State-Wide Lessons in Integration

This workshop will include models of integrating hepatitis services in a variety of settings and through collaborations with local, state, and national partners. Experiences from New York State, Iowa, Hawaii, and New Mexico involving multiple programs within health departments and communities will be presented.
Learning Objectives: A. Outline strategies for hepatitis prevention for infants, children, adolescents, and adults.
