Biographical Sketch:
Certified Wellness Program Manager; Trained Healthy North Dakota Worksite Wellness Consultant;
Collaborator with numerous worksite wellness initiatives including: Development of the Northern Worksite Wellness Association (NWWA) and resource tools, Statewide Vision and Strategy for Improving the Health of North Dakotans Worksite Wellness Proposal, Healthy North Dakota, and Dakota Medical Foundation and Impact Foundation pilot programs; Health risk assessment management through Wellsource; Experienced leader with more than 24 years in graduate medical education and wellness. Provide worksite wellness training, develop strategic wellness plans for worksite wellness programs which include program planning, implementation and evaluation, and coordination with partners. Manage and market worksite wellness activities, support ongoing initiatives of Healthy North Dakota and explore best practices and keep current on wellness trends in healthcare. Presentations on Comprehensive Worksite Wellness have been given at Diabetes conferences, Occupational Health Symposiums and Coordinated School Health Programs.
