Biographical Sketch:
Ms. Aguilar, M.H.S., is a Communication Manager with ICF Macro, a research and consulting firm, where she provides program management support for the National Eye Health Education Program at the National Eye Institute. She has almost 15 years of experience developing, implementing, and managing health and behavior change communication projects with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, United States Agency for International Development, Pan American Health Organization, and other international, national, and community-based agencies. Her areas of communication expertise include information and communication technologies, materials development, community mobilization, and strategic campaign planning. Ms. Aguilar received a B.A. in cultural anthropology from Wheaton College and a Master of Health Science degree in behavioral sciences and health education communication from the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health.
