2000-present -- Epidemiologist, Utah Diabetes Prevention and Control Program, Utah Department of Health, Salt Lake City, UT
Responsibilities include acting as surveillance and evaluation lead for the program, coordinating, designing, implementing and conducting surveys, analyzing vital records, and developing summary reports. Responsibilities also include identifying data needs of program partners and ensuring that data are available to them as needed.
