Biographical Sketch:
Ms. Bhargava completed her Masters degree in Education from Stanford University, with a focus on teacher education and online curriculum development, including studying the impact of online learning environments with the Stanford Center for Innovations in Learning. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Public Health, with a focus on Behavioral and Community Health, at the University of Pittsburgh. During these studies, Tina worked with the University’s Center for Healthy Aging to create an online curriculum for a graduate level course on Prevention and Healthy Aging. She has coordinated the pilot implementation of the online adaptation of the Diabetes Prevention Program’s curriculum, as well as ongoing research projects. Ms. Bhargava was a member of the qualitative coding team for the data in the submitted abstract.
