1999 – Present, Health Educator/Coordinator of Health Education, Charles B. Wang Community Health Center (CBWCHC), NY
•Integral member of the Diabetes Management Program at CBWCHC; contributing bilingual health education material development (2003 – present)
•Member of the Diabetes Community Advisory Board of Chinatown, NY (CBWCHC, 2004 – present)
•Oversee community outreach and on-site educational activities targeting Chinese-American community (CBWCHC)
•Coordinate the development and distribution of bilingual educational materials
•Coordinate, design and facilitate diabetes self-management education workshops
•Coordinated and implemented diabetes health literacy project (2007) and other diabetes awareness campaigns
