Biographical Sketch:
Missouri Primary Care Association, Jefferson City, MO, Clinical Program Manager (August 2004- Present) Provide technical assistance and training on quality improvement, clinical data benchmarking, chronic disease prevention/management, health promotion, and partnership development to the community health centers; Assist community health centers with troubleshooting and strategic planning regarding data quality, data integrity issues, and quality improvement efforts; Work with health care organizations to implement clinical program objectives in various clinical areas; Provide leadership and facilitation for efforts between Community Health Centers and Community Mental Health Centers to improve access and integration of mental health and primary care services in Missouri;
