Biographical Sketch:
Linda Griffen has worked at the Utah Diabetes Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, for a number of years. She has also worked in clinical research, where she ensures that the study meets the requirements of the Internal Review Board protocol. She is a certified diabetes educator and serves as the communication person for the Association of Diabetes Educators of Utah. She also serves on the Association of Diabetes Educators of Utah Update board, where she arranges for speakers and training for the three-day conference, aimed at providing the most recent clinical information for diabetes educators as well as other health professionals. She also provides valuable information and insight for people with diabetes. Her expertise in diabetes is constantly requested and she provides valuable insight as a consultant to diabetes-related studies.
