Responsible for assessing statewide business community needs for diabetes interventions to help make the business case for prevention, control and care of diabetes as well as maintaining and enhancing statewide business partnerships; planning and implementing workshops related to diabetes prevention/management in the business environment and statewide trainings related to diabetes standards of care for both health professionals and the general public; public relations efforts related to DPCP’s services and publications, as well as general public education related to diabetes; creation and monitoring of budgets related to all projects.
