Alignment: MVU and RWD discussed and finalized common expectations about the project purpose, scope, deliverables, schedule, cost, tasks, roles, and responsibilities.
Analyze and Design: RWD created Course Content Document and Prototype
Develop and Review: The project team created the course content and multimedia elements necessary to support the course.
Test and Deliver: The team tested the course on their servers.
Deployment
RESULT(S):
As of June the online training had only been deployed for a short period of time but the uptake has been significant.
