Develop and implement an effective intervention to improve influenza and pneumococcal vaccination of high risk adults and reduce racial/ethnic disparities in adult immunization.
Learning Objectives: The workshops presents studies and program experiences of interventions developed and implemented to improve vaccinations of high risk adults and reduce racial and ethnic disparities in adult immunizations.
