E7: A Beginner’s Guide to Successful VFC-AFIX Activities

This workshop will provide participants with examples of how to implement AFIX activities within VFC provider offices and one experience of collaborating with other agencies to improve immunization rates.
Learning Objectives: 1) Participants will be able to identify a local approach for assessing immunization practices in VFC provider offices. 2) Participants will be able to explain how to use CASA to diagnose service delivery problems and improve practices. 3) Participants will be able to identify how to collaborate with partners such as managed care Medicaid providers.
