F10: Building a Quality AFIX Program: Foundation to Finishing Touches |
| This workshop will provide assessment coordinators & individuals involved with clinical quality improvement activities with information on how to "build" a quality program from planning through implementation in an interactive and entertaining forum. The workshop will provide participants with examples of what elements are needed for constructing a quality Assessment, Feedback, Incentive, eXchange (AFIX) program and how to enhance certain program components to meet future needs as the AFIX program matures. The participants will have the opportunity to bring and exchange copies of their AFIX program’s policies, procedures and/ or educational material for AFIX staff or providers with other grantees. Come join us for the lively eXchange. |
Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to identify components needed to develop a quality AFIX program and how the components may be enhanced to meet future program & provider needs.
