D6: Hepatitis A: National, State, and Local Trends in Disease Rates

This workshop will include a summary of national surveillance for hepatitis A virus infection trends over the past decade, with discussion specifically about the impact of hepatitis A vaccination recommendations and programs on these trends. Presentations and discussion of state and local trends will be included.
Learning Objectives: Following this session, participants should be able to describe recent trends in hepatitis A virus infection in the U.S. and discuss the potential impact of hepatitis A vaccination programs on trends in local communities.
