B4: Influenza and Pneumococcal Vaccination of Younger High Risk Adults — Opportunities for Improvement

Presenters will share results from local, state and national surveys documenting low influenza and pneumococcal vaccination coverage among adults under age 65 with asthma, diabetes and other conditions placing them at high risk for complications from influenza infection, and discuss approaches to improving vaccine delivery in these high risk adult populations.
Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to describe current levels of influenza and pneumococcal vaccination for high risk adults under age 65, and identify strategies for improving vaccine delivery in these populations.
