C4: Part 1 — Beyond Costs: ABCs of Economics and Public Health Policy

The most common use of economics in public health policy is cost measurement. However, economics can bring much more to the policy table. This will be a panel discussion between economists and public health policy makers about how economics can be used to support policy in valuable and innovative ways.
Learning Objectives: After this session, participants will be able to identify policy-oriented research questions that can benefit from the application of economic tools and theory.
