F11: Making the Transition: From Chart-Based to Registry-Based Assessments

This interactive workshop will focus on transitioning AFIX activities from chart based assessments to registry based assessments. Grantees at different stages of the transition process will present their experiences and lessons learned. Ample time will be given to an open discussion among participants.
Learning Objectives: At the end of the session, participants should be able to identify the benefits of registry-based assessments.
