A6: Hot Topics Related to the U.S. Varicella Vaccination Program

In this workshop, we will discuss three current and important issues in the US varicella vaccination program: the impact of vaccination on disease incidence, susceptibility in middle school aged children, and the incidence of herpes zoster in children and adolescents.
Learning Objectives: Participants should be able to describe methods for monitoring the impact of varicella vaccination and describe the impact of the vaccination program on middle school aged children.
