Principle writer of three manuscripts on HPV vaccine during one-year fellowship. Co-authors include international collaborators as well as CDC staff in the Divisions of Cancer Prevention and Control, Sexually Transmitted Disease Prevention, Healthcare Quality Promotion and Viral and Rickettsial Diseases.
Presented project on HPV vaccine impact on cervical cancer screening at International Papillomavirus Conference in Malmo, Sweden, May 2009.
Research on HPV vaccine covers topics of provider attitudes towards vaccine impact on cervical cancer screening practices, international monitoring of HPV vaccine impact on biologic endpoints, surveillance of HPV-related disease post-vaccination in the US, HPV vaccine use in developing countries, and HPV vaccine acceptability.
