Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Schaffer has conducted health services research related to immunization delivery for a number of years. His particular area of interest is the delivery of immunizations to adolescent populations. In this realm, he has explored the feasibility of offering immunizations to adolescents in a number of settings outside of the traditional medical home as an adjunct to immunization efforts of primary care providers. Another area of interest of his is vaccine financing.
Author or co-author of 15 publications on immunization delivery.
