1989-present -- Medical Epidemiologist, CDC, National Immunization Program, Atlanta, GA 1986-89 -- Assistant Professor, Department of Biostatistics and Epidemiology, School of Public Health, Tulane University Medical Center, New Orleans, LA 1985-89 -- Medical Officer, AIDS Surveillance and Investigation Program, Epidemiology Section, Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals, New Orleans, LA Responsible for development and implementation of immunization education and training materials for vaccine providers (1995-present). Principal writer and presenter for 30 national satellite broadcasts on vaccine-preventable diseases. Responsible for national measles surveillance and outbreak investigations for CDC (1989-1995). Numerous awards and citations for immunization-related activities and training. Author or coauthor of 38 publications and book chapters primarily relating to measles and other vaccine-preventable diseases. Numerous presentations at scientific meetings.
