Biographical Sketch:
Twenty-five years of public health experience including 21 years as a Public Health Advisor (PHA) with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
CDC experience includes working as a PHA in state immunization programs in Virginia, Maine, North Carolina, Nevada, Oklahoma and New Hampshire. Served three years in Atlanta working with CDC's Program Support Branch.
Previous poster presentation include "Accomplishing New Hampshire School Vaccination Survey Under Family Education Rights and Privacy Act" (2008 NIC).
