Biographical Sketch:
Substantial career path with risk communications and mitigating adverse public reaction - initially in Australia with correctional initiatives in an attempt to win over public support, later with tobacco control advocacy of the QUIT Campaign; currently as a CDC first responder communication expert for Public Health Emergency Events starting with Anthrax in 2001 again with each emergency response that CDC has been involved in including the current H1N1 reponse where my program represents the voice of CDC in a formidable public environment.
Presently - Evaluation Lead for CDC-INFO focusing upon Quality Assurance through performance monitoring and Continuous Improvement with customer satisfaction surveying.
