Assisted in the implementation and training for mass immunization prophylaxis sites. Grant funding history includes Office of the Surgeon General, NACCHO and AHEC for education and development of volunteers, especially nurses, for disaster preparedness and response and public health initiatives. Author of text book units on nursing skills, contributing author to a comprehensive pediatric text book. Presented posters at national nursing and disaster preparedness conferences and a frequent podium presenter in Oklahoma.
