Biographical Sketch:
Wendy is a data specialist who has worked in the Immunization Program CHILD Profile for 14 years. She has been responsible for managing the enrollment of the Yellow Fever Program for several years. She monitors provider agreement scheduling and submission for the childhood vaccine program, and is a core member of Washington's Vaccine Management Team.
