1980 - 2005 Faculty member, Department of Management, College of Business, Arizona State University
Served as a strategic planning consultant, trainer, and mentor, and coach to employees, supervisors, and executives in the public sector - primarily in State and Local health organzations
Research, Teaching, and Consulting interests include: strategic planning, operational excellence, and executive training.
Co-authored two textbooks and numerous journal articles in leading business and business-education journals for over 25 years
Conducted numerous workshops, seminars and training sessions for public and private-sector organizations throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Knowledge Capital Alliance's pioneeering work in Leadership Development with the Arizona Department of Public Health resulted in the AZDPH receiving the ASTHO National Award for Innovation in 2004.
