Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Wheeler is an internationally recognized health economist and authority regarding financing of health care organizations. He has worked with Dr. Davis and Dr. Freed on a number of projects regarding health care for children, and financing of vaccines in particular. In this project, Dr. Wheeler worked with Dr. Davis and Ms. Butchart on the core structure and function of the model of the factors that influence contract prices of child and adolescent vaccines.
