Background: San Diego Immunization Registry (SDIR) has 291 providers and more than 1,500 users. To maintain high quality of service, SDIR program continually training its users and making sure that they are well informed of all the functions of our registry. But due to the current budget constraint our program is reassessing our staffing levels in both reducing headcount and cutting employee-related expenses, even if training can provide long-term benefits. To satisfy the need of SDIR training our providers and its staff, a web-based online training was developed for read-only users. SDIR on-line training is now available for our providers and staff to use for SDIR training at their own convenience.

Project Description: There are five sections developed, which also includes test questions that will evaluate the users knowledge of SDIR,  certificate for the training and an automated username and password request upon completion of the on line training. Details of the SDIR online training sections will be discussed and presented.
