Jan 2008 to present -- Childhood Immunization Outreach Coordinator Philadelphia Department of Public Health (PDPH), Philadelphia, PA
Oversee the childhood immunization outreach program for the City of Philadelphia for immunization-delayed children from birth to 35 months. Coordinate monthly outreach of medical providers and of families through subcontracted community-based organizations.
Participant in H1N1 point –of-distribution for mass vaccination clinic.

Cancer Prevention & Nutrition Section (CPNS) - Research and Evaluation Unit, Sacramento, CA
Oversaw process evaluation for 140+ statewide and 11 regional contract sites for nutrition education and program activity data. Maintained Access and Excel data files. Supervised data entry. Analyzed and synthesized data to generate an annual report for the U.S.D.A and state. Led semi-annual statewide progress reports teleconferences (Webinars) to contractors.
Co-Authored a web-based chapter for the CDPH-California Food Guide on Cardiovascular Disease directed at healthcare providers and health educators.
Attended The Evaluator’s Institute 2006 & 2007 in research techniques and 2002 & 2005 APHA.
