1986-1989--Resident Doctor specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology for Maternity and Child Health Hospital, Shanghai, P. R. China.
Responsible for overseeing evaluation activities by designing, and conducting various surveys to assess the immunization coverage levels, analyzing results and evaluating the effectiveness of programs (1994-present).
Conducted operations and treated common women's diseases by combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine (1986-1989).
Coauthor of 7 publications with mainly regarding to the assessments of immunization coverage rates.
