Biographical Sketch:
I have worked at the CDC for 11 years in vaccine preventable diseases and health services research. In the past 9 years I have worked on vaccination related issues in nursing homes including factors associated with influenza and pneumococcal vaccination, use of standing orders for vaccinations, and racial disparities. Other areas of research include methodology such as multilevel models, structural equation models, and factor analysis; childhood vaccination research such as underserved populations, hepatitis A, varicella, and H1N1; adolescent vaccination research such as HEDIS indicators for catch up vaccinations and HPV. This work includes about 40 publications.
