Biographical Sketch:
Lorraine Duncan has worked in public health since 1972 and has been Manager of the Oregon Immunization Program since 1980. In 2004, she received the Association of Immunization Managers (AIM) Natalie J. Smith, MD award for “accomplishments and visionary leadership that have had a significant impact on achieving city, state, territory, and/or national vaccine-preventable disease goals.” Ms. Duncan serves on the AIM Executive Committee. She received her Bachelor of Science from Portland State University.
