Biographical Sketch:
1998-2001 -- Health Specialist, Utah Department of Health, Immunization Program, Salt Lake City, UT.
2001-present -- Adult Immunization Coordinator, Utah Department of Health, Immunization Program, Salt Lake City, UT.
Responsible for outreach and assessment of adult immunization activities, projects and rates, yellow fever site certification and travel vaccines, Hepatitis B Initiative grant writing, coordination and surveillance and reporting, and the Long Term Care Immunization Report surveillance and reporting.
2001-present -- Served on the executive committee and numerous subcommittees for the Utah Adult Immunization Coalition.
2008-2010 -- Served on the executive committee for the National Adult Immunization Coordinators' Partnership (NAICP).
August 2010-present -- Began serving as a co-chair of the National Adult Immunization Coordinators' Partnership (NAICP).
August 2010-present -- Participate on the national Adult Vaccine Action Committee calls (AVAC).
