Biographical Sketch:
MANAGING MEMBER – CML Administrators, LLC, 2001-present. Managing member of specialized
management company serving not-for-profit and quasi-governmental organizations.
FOUNDING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – Washington State Vaccine Association, 2010-present.
Working with the State of Washington Department of Health and insurance industry leaders, helped
resolve a WA funding withdrawal to raise over $60 million annually for childhood vaccinations.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – Christian Legal Society, 2009-present. Executive Director & CEO of 2,000+
member national association of Christian lawyers now approaching its 50th year of service.
SENIOR COUNSEL - Sulloway & Hollis, 1997-present. Past Business Department Chairman. Co-founder of
consumer class action practice. Partner until 2009, then Senior Counsel.
FOUNDING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – New Hampshire Vaccine Association, 2002-present. Working with
the NH Departments of Health & Human Services and Insurance formed and continue to administer, with
annual growth in net assets, a quasi-public not-for-profit organization to provide stable funding for NH’s free
universal childhood vaccination program.
FOUNDING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – New Hampshire Health Plan, 2001-2007. Working with the NH
Department of Insurance and industry leaders formed and administered through startup, with positive
financial results & client satisfaction, annual growth in net assets, annual growth in individuals insured, and
steady reduction in industry assessments, a quasi-public not-for-profit organization which first (i) stabilized
NH’s previously-fragile individual health insurance market and now (ii) provides, with subsidized benefits,
the only available health insurance for NH’s medically-uninsurable residents.
PRESIDENT & CEO - Christian Mutual Life Insurance Company - 1980-1996.
PRESIDENT - New Hampshire Bar Association - 1986-7. Elected leader of 3,000+ member statewide
mandatory member organization comprised of all practicing NH attorneys.
FOUNDING COPARTNER - Management consulting / computer systems implementation firm.
