Biographical Sketch:
2009 – Present: Prevention Effectiveness Fellow, Influenza Division, CDC; Atlanta, GA 2003 – 2009: Doctoral Fellow, RAND Corporation; Santa Monica, CA 1998 – 2000: Underdirector of Regulatory Improvement, Ministry of the Economy; Mexico City. • Currently conducting research on health economics aspects of policies to mitigate transmission of influenza virus. • Author or coauthor of seven articles published in scientific journals, two research monographs, and three other forthcoming publications. • Numerous presentations at scientific and policy conferences in the United States, Mexico, Hong Kong, and (forthcoming) South Africa.
