Biographical Sketch:
Cheryl McIntyre, RN, BScN, (University of Toronto), has extensive experience in Public Health Nursing in British Columbia, with a focus on communicable disease and immunization programs. In 2002 she joined BC Centre for Disease Control, Epidemiology Services, as Associate Nurse Epidemiologist. Primary responsibilities include developing provincial communicable disease guidelines, facilitating the implementation of new vaccine programs, providing consultation and education to health care professionals, and conducting applied public health research.
