Biographical Sketch:
Ms. Bloom has collaborated with Colorado hospitals and physician office to improve quality of care for Medicare beneficiaries. She has managed the day to day activities of inp[atient and outpatient projects; initiated group communication, and coordinated project implementation. Ms. Bloom provides oversight and has recruited and maintained positive and sustainable relationships with external collaborators in her role as Coordinator of the Colorado Adult Immunization Coalition, and the Colorado Influenza and Pneumococcal Alert Coalition, for the past four years. Ms. Bloom has worked with the American Heart Association and the American Stroke Association to educate Coloradoans on heart and health care as well as to initiate policy changes in Colorado.
