Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Cullins is currently Vice-President for Medical Affairs at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Inc., in New York City. She received a medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and an MPH from the Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health. Dr. Cullins completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology, followed by a fellowship in Primary Care Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She then received her MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Past work experience includes Vice President and Medical Director of Technical Services at EngenderHealth in New York City, as well as Assistant Professor and attending physician in the department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
Dr. Cullins is an obstetrician/gynecologist whose primary research interest is service delivery in reproductive health care.
