How can we best integrate preconception health into local public health practice? Four local health departments will share their stories for integrating CDC’s recommendations into existing programs and policies. CityMatCH, the national organization focused on urban maternal and child health, will frame the session and distill key lessons learned. The health departments represented will be the Los Angeles County Public Health Department (CA), Nashville/Davidson County Health Department (TN), City of Hartford, Health and Human Services Department (CT), and the Contra Costa County Health Department (CA). | |||
