Four local health departments will share their stories for integrating CDC’s recommendations into existing programs and policies. The health departments represented will be the Los Angeles County Public Health Department (CA), Nashville/Davidson County Health Department (TN), City of Hartford, Health and Human Services Department (CT), and the Contra Costa County Health Department (CA).
