P4: Envisioning a Healthier Future: Community Faces and Voices | |||
| This session will feature videos from six outstanding preconception/ interconception care programs. Moving beyond the "talking head" presentation from program directors, these videos will show the dynamism and diversity of what is happening in the field. Each video will reflects the programs' clients, staff, and community, as well as their vision for improving the health of women and infants before, between, and after pregnancy. | |||
