| This interactive session will focus on curriculum design and content development, implementation, and political will necessary for educating and training the public health workforce on preconception health and healthcare. Each presenter will talk briefly about curricula they are currently using in both academic and local health department settings. Discussion will address: What knowledge, attitudes, skills, and experiences do public health students and professionals need? What are the most effective strategies for communicating that information? How can we create political will to advance the education and training of the public health work force in preconception health and health care? | |||
